Bubbles

- Gradual water adaptation and submersion of the face

- Introduce bobbing with bubbles and air exchange

Floats and Glides

- Front & back glide, recover

- Independent submersion of the face with bubbles

Kicking

- Front & back kick, glide, recover

- Introduce arm strokes

Crawl Stroke

- Roll over from front to back, and back to front

- Kicking with freestyle arms

Freestyle

- Freestyle stroke with lateral breathing

- Back arm stroke introduced

Backstroke

- Extended freestyle swims

- Breaststroke arms

Breaststroke

- Breaststroke kick/swim

- Butterfly arms introduced

Turns

- Freestyle with bilateral breathing

- Advancement of previously introduced strokes

Lifetime Strokes

- Swim/tread water and recover

- Turns

Individual Medley

- Extended swimming and technique in all four strokes with turns.
